Sabbath School
All children are welcome to learn about God’s love through Bible stories, fun activities, and meaningful lessons. It’s a welcoming place for kids to grow in faith, build friendships, and discover the joy of following God.

Holy Day Celebration: Feast of Trumpets
Along with our sister church, Kansas City Church of God, we invite you to join us to recognize the Feast of Trumpets at Ellie B’s Event Space, 220 West Street in Tonganoxie. Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.; our guest speaker is Mr. Dusti Howell. The service will be followed by a pot luck meal featuring fried and baked chicken. Please bring a side dish and dessert to share; entree’, beverages and table service will be provided.

Services in Tonganoxie
Children’s Sabbath School at 9:30; music, prayers and praises, sermon at 10 a.m. We will focus on improving our understanding of the upcoming Holy Day: Day of Atonement. Fellowship and Bible Study follow the service.

Day of Atonement, Monday, Sept 21
To close this day of fasting, we will have a special service at the Tonganoxie church site at 6 pm, followed by a fellowship dinner at sundown, marking the end of this holiest of Holy Days. Location for our group dinner is being planned.
Heartland Church of God occasionally holds joint services for Holy Days and guest speakers with our sister church, Church of God – Kansas City.
